STORE POLICIES

We try our best for your satisfaction with all Music-Plaza.com's merchandise! You may return items or package with it's original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. If the return is not result of our error, the shipping and handling charge will be charged even though shipping & handling were free when customer placed the order. Please be informed that MusicPlaza.com can process returns and refunds only for item(s) purchased from MusicPlaza.com. You can expect a refund in the same from of payment originally within 7 to 12 business days of our receiving your return.

Light sticks are non-refundable. 

(We only accept returns through mail ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT BRING RETURNS TO OUR LOCAL STORE!!).

Damaged or defective items

We kindly ask all customers who receive their parcels to film unboxing videos of their items from start to finish in order to ensure the best quality control we can have.

Please make sure you film yourself opening the products as your own proof in case you did not receive a photo card or any other inclusions that were supposed to be inside said product.

If you happen to see that you are indeed missing an inclusion, please send us the video file with your order number, and our customer support will gladly help you.

We would like to let you know that any missing items cannot be redeemed without your video proof. Please make sure you film the video starting from before the plastic wrap is ripped.

The outer box for an item is for protection, and is only made for the real products inside the package. Although we do have a quality control team that checks all items before shipping out, Music Plaza cannot be responsible for minor scratches and bents made during transit from Korea to our facilities here in Los Angeles.

 

When returning package(s), customer must contact Music Plaza via e-mail only for Return Authorization Number and must follow the Music Plaza's instruction on how to return the package (We will not accept any phone calls and returned package(s) without return authorization number). Please be informed that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. (We only accept returns through mail ONLY, PLEASE DO NOT BRING RETURNS TO OUR LOCAL STORE!!)

Special order or Backorder

Special orders or backordered item(s) are re-stocked within approx. 2 weeks(Time can vary). You will be notified of your special order or backorder status within 30 days of your inquiry. (We will send you an update via email.)


Cancellation Policy
  • As of March 5th, 2021, all canceled orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • Please guarantee that you are sure you wish to make a purchase for an item.
  • A 48-hour grace period will be provided, and if you wish to cancel the order within the time frame (from the time of purchase), there will be no re-stocking fee.
  • All cancellation requests must be sent to support@musicplaza.com.
  • If your order already gets shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
    As long as the email is sent within the grace period, you will not be charged.


Credit Card Safety Protection

Music Plaza uses the latest technology to protect your credit card information. All your transactions are secured by a 128-Bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer. Your credit card or private information will not be released to anyone. You may also fax or email your card information to us.

Shipping & Handling

All ordered item(s) will be shipped via USPS or UPS within 48 hours of receipt of your order (only if your order is placed before 12:00pm Pacific Standard Time)(during business days excluding Sat, Sun &; Holidays). **High order volumes may impact delivery times**
Unlike USPS, Our standard shipping Method (UPS) is fully trackable & also fully insured. It is necessary to protect your package from any unexpected incident (lost package by carrier etc,). Please be aware of that the carrier might request a signature of receiver for prompt delivery and protecting both customers and Music Plaza. 

Processing times are not to be taken as shipping times, and although we try our best to ship out the day of for orders with Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day shipping methods, it will not be guaranteed. 

We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of the delivery, and other reasons that caused by customers

All packages come with a tracking number via USPS and UPS. PLEASE NOTE that we are NOT LIABLE for packages once they have been delivered and are reflected as such on the tracking number.

During Checkout:

Please note that mixed orders of CDs + Merchandise + Posters (CD+Poster versions are exempt) will NOT qualify for USPS Media Mail. If you would like to select Media Mail as your preferred method of shipping, please make TWO SEPARATE transactions - one for albums and another for merchandise+posters. Posters and merchandise can be shipped out via USPS First Class or Priority.

For Returned Package(s):

We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of the delivery, and other reasons that caused by customers. We will re-send the package(s) and the customer will be charged full price of Shipping & Handling for re-sending the package(s) . Customer may cancel the order(s) due to returned package(s) but the shipping & handling charge would be still remaining of full price.

Carrier Service

Music Plaza provides UPS as a carrier service. UPS provides fully trackable, reliable services. Please be advised that the carrier might request a signature of receiver for prompt delivery and protecting both customers and Music Plaza.

Music Plaza also provides USPS as a carrier service. Please note that Music Plaza also not responsible for the package that sent via USPS unless that package has been insured.
