it came super fast and their was a tiny issue and it was immediately fixed and I sent my light stick back and they overnighted me a new one! 10/10

The light stick itself came in perfect condition except for one of the sides of the heart being slightly melted (though, that's probably a manufacturing issue). Other than that, the light stick itself was perfect. The box was also in perfect condition, however, the inside structure of the box which holds the light stick in place was ripped. I personally don't mind this, because I bought the light stick, not the box, and it just shows that Music Plaza did take the light stick out of the box to make sure it worked, since it was unsealed. 9.5/10 only because I do believe that they could have been a little more careful with the insides of the box, but generally excellent service :) The lights tick works with all of Blackpink's music videos on Vimeo and most of their songs on Spotify, as well as Rosé's solo songs!

P.S.: If you want to buy this light stick, DO NOT expect the photocards. The photocards were pre-order benefits and only people that ordered this in November were able to obtain them!

It came a bit damaged, the box was bent and the lightstick has a few permanent marks. Despite that it works perfectly and I am really happy with it.

I bought this for my niece's birthday and she absolutely loves it! It came really fast and it is perfect!

As a new blink, I was happy to finally buy my first lightstick of blackpink! Was late to the party but I’m here! Also, hammer SQUEAKS. It’s just overall the best thing. It didn’t come with photocards (as the other reviews said) but I don’t collect them so I’m fine.
