All ordered item(s) will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS within 24 hours of receipt of your order. (during business days excluding Sat, Sun & Holidays). Our standard shipping Methods (USPS & UPS) are fully trackable . It is very necessary to protect your package from any unexpected incident (lost package by carrier etc,,). Please be aware of that the carrier might request a signature of receiver for prompt delivery and protecting both customers and Music Plaza. For any Next-Day, Second-Day, Thee-Day Delivery, the days will be counted from the shipped date.

We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of the delivery, and other reasons that caused by customers.
